Since I now have a triathlon on the schedule, I need to get back in the pool. So yesterday morning, off I went!
My shoulders began burning SO quickly, it's a good thing I'm starting back into it now! Did an easy 15 minute continuous swim and completely zoned out. Felt good. Next week I've got another continuous swim and some intervals, it's fun to get a workout and not pound my legs at all. Man I love swimming.
