Because I hurt my other foot, I didn't workout on Sunday.
But today...WEDNESDAY (does anyone else always have problems spelling that word? Just me?) I hopped on the trainer and spun for 30 easy minutes.
My mind is more than willing, my lungs and heart and muscles are willing, my shoes and running clothes are taunting me on the floor, the weather is taunting me with beautiful 50 degrees outside - can you say perfection? And my feet are the party poopers in this story. LAME. Well, my left foot anyway. My right foot feels completely healed.
Come on foot! Let's get this party started!!!!
