Three Things Thursday

First of all, I totally wish you could have seen my spelling in the title before I really looked at it and changed it. Jeez, college education, what?!

1.

Boo-YAH!!!! Success!!!! I haven't seen that number since like 24 weeks pregnant, and baby we are SO close to the 120's. 
.7 pounds away from a giveaway!

2. My ghetto rig while I ride the trainer in the garage. And yes, that is the biggest loser I am watching.


1 hour 10 minutes in the bag.


3. Insanity plyometric cardio circuit is no joke! I did it on Tuesday and am still ridiculously sore. My lower back especially. DANG. I feel like people should be able to see how sore I am. Do you do that too? When you are hobbling around and you're like, "Dude, can't my soreness aura penetrate through the air and you can feel it too??"  Misery loves company, right?

6 miles on tap for tomorrow! getting stronger!

good job getting to 130!! I have been doing weightloss goals and not doing so hot until this past few days. I'm gonna have to try out the insanity workout. Those kick my butt every time but at least there is something(one) to look at! lol.
