going down

7 days with no sweets!! I can DO this! I am down 3 pounds from last tuesday (yippeeee!!) and I'm hoping to lose another 3 by next week.

I'm slowly working on my endurance for running. I did 3.3 miles this morning without completely dying - even though I was as slow as cold tar.  Does anyone know how long it will take to get some speed back??

I am not tempted to make brownies or anything and eat the whole pan, however, I am a little nervous about having easter candy in my house. I have no control when it's around!

You're doing awesome! I took it really easy with the speed after having my daughter. I didn't want to risk getting hurt.
