I ran 4 miles!!!!!
That's the furthest I've gone since about July of last year! It wasn't fast. It probably wasn't pretty (thank heavens it was dark outside). But I DID IT!!!
I have a goal of doing a marathon this year, and to do my training plan I need to be able to run 10 miles the first week of official training. Which begins in July. So that means I am training to be able to run 10 miles. I have only ran that distance TWICE in my entire life. I take my glucosamine religiously and pray that my body holds up to the abuse!
Now to avoid the easter candy.
