For 10 days, I am going to be consuming nothing but REAL food. The rules are HERE.
I am doing this in an effort get stop snacking so much and eating garbage. I wanted to start it earlier, but with our cross country move and a new baby and selling the house, etc. It was just too much at once.
SO, from February 19 - February 29, I will be only eating REAL, unprocessed food. I'm interested to see what happens with my body, how I feel, etc.
