Hit the brakes!

Sometimes there are things that put our workouts on hold.

Injury.
Travel.
Health.
Laziness. HA, kidding.

For the last 2 weeks I've been dealing with some health issues that have wrecked havoc on my workouts.  And on my mental state. Finally after many doctor appointments and lots of time, I am exercising again.  Starting slow again because out of nowhere it is 97 degrees outside. YAY. The running will be SLOW and nothing longer than 4 miles. Lots of swimming and biking. Yoga will be my friend.

When things like this come along we need to accept that we are not immune to everything. Accept your limits (whatever they are) and continue on the journey. I'll see you out there.
