I ate every bite.
And then got ready for my first run in 8 days.

Waited for Teresa to get to my house, and I caught her as she ran around the corner!!
We did 4 miles together so I could test the waters out.
I'm right behind her going up the biggest hill on our route, it's almost 3/4 mile long on a busy road.
Legs felt really strong on the run. ZERO shin pain, my neck didn't hurt, my knees were quiet.
We finished with a 9:11 pace overall (holy crap!). It's always fun to go with a buddy and chat some of the time away.
