Spring Break workouts!

If I don't make a plan, I won't do it!!

Monday - 15 mile bike ride. Keep it strong. goal - 15.5 - 16 mph
Tuesday - Run. 1.5 mile warm up, 6x800's @ 8min/mile pace, 1.2 mile cool-down
Wednesday - 12 mile bike, (.25 mile sprint, spin easy .75) 8-10 times?
Thursday - 15 mile bike. keep it strong!
Friday - 6 mile tempo run
Saturday - BRICK - 10 mile bike, 2 mile run.
