Note to self

Do not each 2 cookies and swedish fish 10 minutes before a workout.

Actually, stop eating completely and those pesky 5 unwanted lbs. will disappear!

Stop injuring yourself, too.

Do over starts right now. At 2:53 pm. No dessert for the rest of the day.

Where is the will power??
