Wednesday = workout day

5am, running. (I ran 1 mile at 7:54, my fastest EVER!)

8:30am, walking with the kids and strollers

With baby on my back (since I don't have a double stroller)

7:15pm - yoga

Don't worry, I fueled with AWESOME homemade fajitas by moi. And yes, I had TWO!
