Have you ever felt your calves so sore that it feels like knives are stabbing in them??
Because that's how I felt this morning.
I limped my way through a 3.5 mile run. My lungs and heart felt great. Mentally i was rearing to go! But my legs were not having any of it. My hip flexor is still a little sore and tight but I could have worked through that. My calves!! I've been an athlete for a long time and I've never felt anything like this before.
Has anyone else who's ever started running barefoot felt this way?? I hate it.
I actually had to stop and try to stretch them out but it didn't really work.
Hoping wednesday run goes way better because I can't handle this!
