I didn't work out at all yesterday.
Because I puked all day.
Yesterday ranks up there with one of the worst days of my life.
Fortunately, I woke up at 5am this morning FINALLY feeling better. I ate 2 pieces of toast and some water this morning and don't feel like retching it back up yet, so things are looking good.
I'm hoping I feel good enough this afternoon to pull the trainer out today and bust out an hour while watching House.
