Since when did running 4 miles feel like no big deal??
I can't believe how quickly you can improve your endurance when you really work at it.
I did an easy 3.8 miles this morning in the AWESOME 62 degree weather. it was perfection. shorts and a tank, no gloves, no jacket, no sweat.
My buddy Teresa said she would run my 7 miles with me tomorrow (she's going 10, so she'll do 3 before she meets me) and I'm hoping to be done in 1:15. start at 6am, done by 7:15am.
Great week of running although I totally slacked my biking this week. Just wasn't feeling it, I guess.
