training plan...

Monday: Run 5 miles with 6 pick up the tempo thingy's with each song.

Tuesday: Bike 20 miles HOPEFULLY make it under 1 hour 20 minutes.

Wednesday: 3.8 miles, 6 hill repeats, 1 mile cool down - total of 6.25 miles

Thursday: Bike 20 miles again.

Friday: run 8 miles

Saturday: easy 4 miles recovery
