Sunday: REST

Monday: 5 miles, with 2 full miles at tempo pace.

Tuesday: Bike 20 miles

Wednesday: 5 miles with 6 hill repeats

Thursday: 20 miles on the bike.

Friday: 5 miles easy

Saturday: 9 miles (AHHHHH!!!!!)

only 2 more building mileage weeks and then it's taper time!
