Last hard week

This is the last week of real training before taper week next week.

Race day is 2 weeks from today.

Here's the game plan:

Monday: 6 mile run w/ tempos
Tuesday: 5.5 mile run steady
Wednesday: walk??
Thursday: 10 mile run (last long run!!)
Friday: nada.
Saturday: Gary Burns 5K race!!! Goal - Sub 28!!! (or at least a PR)
