Workout plan

A new week and week #3 in my training plan for my half mary. (still need to register for that)

Monday: 4 miles tempo. (since I have no garmin, I will run hard for 1 full song and then relax for 1 song, and do that 3 times.)

Tuesday: 20 mile bike.

Wednesday: 1.2 mile warm up, 6 hill repeats, 1.2 mile cool down.

Thursday: 20 mile bike

Friday: 5 mile run easy (this would be my long run for the week)

Saturday: 44 mile bike OR 3 mile run (haven't decided yet)

Looks pretty good. Now I just need to figure out what TIME I will do all this.
