I just ran 6 miles.


Without stopping.


The cool part?? I stayed in zone 1 and 2 (rate of perceived exertion scale) the entire run. I hit 3 when going up hills but mostly felt like my breathing was EASY. Who knew?? This means that I should be able to run 3.1 miles on Saturday no biggie and faster than today which was a 10:14 pace. 1 hour and 2 minutes. I can't believe I actually did it. I never thought I would get here.

The human body is amazing. Thank you Heavenly Father!
