I am going to work out 5 days a week all month. I will only eat sweets 3 times in the entire month. I am not going to eat any "white" food. Meaning, white flour, white rice, etc. I can still eat those things, but they need to be brown rice, wheat flour, etc. I can still drink milk and eat potatoes. I'm just attempting to go more towards veggies, lean meats, and complex carbs. I can eat as many fruits and veggies as I want.
I will weigh myself here shortly when the bathroom is free, but I bet I need to lose about 4-5 pounds or so. Swimsuit season is quickly approaching!!!!
