Saturday - ran in the Frosty 5K - came in at 30 minutes 20 seconds EXACTLY. I'm still a little bummed that I didn't break 30 minutes, but for as freezing as it was, and the little cold I had, I did pretty good. I was TIRED during this race. REALLY tired. Probably because I didn't get a lot of sleep the night before. Note to self - sleep a lot before a race.
Monday - Ran 3.75 miles. I felt really good the whole time. It was really cold, but I kept my pace a tad slower and really enjoyed the run. My legs were a little tight today, but not too bad.
Tuesday - I think I'll go 2.75 today. I have to wait until dave gets home. Haven't decided yet.
