on thursday of last week, I ran another 2.71 miles.
friday I did 30 minutes on a bike and then sprint intervals on a treadmill for 15 minutes finishing with some push ups, squats, etc.
today I ran 3.05 miles and felt like I wanted to die. I did it all without stopping but felt really heavy and couldn't catch my breath. (maybe it was all that going out to eat I did this weekend while out of town?)
Then i did pilates abs to work my core area.
