So I am following a training schedule for my 10K that I working towards right now. today was cross train day, I rode my bike for 30 minutes and then did some abs.
tomorrow is a 2 mile run and strenth training.
friday is a rest/cross day. (they say walking is allowed as a cross train activity, so I might do that)
saturday is a 3.5 mile run. I already calculated the distance and I can run from anna(sonic) to melissa (well, the pizza hut) and that is 3.64 miles. I'll see if dave can pick me up when I'm done. Anyone want to join me saturday morning??
