I ran 2.25 miles yesterday without stopping. AND when I got a little tired, I just slowed my pace down but I could keep going!! That is a HUGE accomplishment for me. H.U.G.E. YAY me!
I have a little less than one month until my first 5K race. I am going to do the turkey trot in downtown dallas and my goal is to not stop and come in at about 30 minutes. under would be GREAT, but 30 minutes is good for me.
I have calculated out a 10K training plan and I could be ready for a 10K by new years.
anyone up for it?
