getting there

I ran for my second time this week.

run 3/4 mile
walk 1/4 mile
run 3/4 mile.

and guess what? I DID it!!!!!!

although I ate raisinettes today. shoot.

tomorrow I think will be 30 day shred.

I really want to be 126 lbs. on saturday.
