I didn't run for one week. I didn't exercise either. I blame Aunt Flo for that, wouldn't you?

But, on monday I ran 2 miles. It was harder than before since I hadn't done anything in a while. I can't believe how fast you can lose it.
yesterday I ran one mile, did some sprints, and 3 sets of bleachers.

today I am taking off.

Today I ran 2.25 miles without stopping in 20 minutes flat. YAY me!!!!

That's much faster than I thought I was running, so I'm pretty happy about that.

I probably could have gone longer today. Would I be ready for a 5K next saturday??

I just finished my two mile run for today.

I weigh 125 right now. The weight is coming off really slowly right now. 3-4 more pounds to go.

After a week of no exercise (it's been raining non-stop),

I ran two miles this morning. My legs felt good but after a little more than half-way, my breathing was really struggling.

I have no idea what I weight right now. I will try a friend's scale tomorrow.

getting there

I ran for my second time this week.

run 3/4 mile
walk 1/4 mile
run 3/4 mile.

and guess what? I DID it!!!!!!

although I ate raisinettes today. shoot.

tomorrow I think will be 30 day shred.

I really want to be 126 lbs. on saturday.
