Yesterday I worked Abs and today I did the 30 day shred again. the only thing I can't do on that level one is the full out push-ups. I have to be on my knees to do the right amount of time that they do it. I think I am just not strong enough to carry those extra pounds.
tomorrow I am going to do either level 2 of the 30 day shred or level 2 of the cardio max and then more abs.
Goal for today - no sweets again.
